Zoysia is dense and slow to spread. Bermuda loves full sun and takes wear. Both are available on the new-lawn packages.
We only sell grass; we don’t spray for chinch bugs. If you think you have a pest problem, a pest-control company is the right call.
When we can lay sod
Sod goes down well from March through September. If you order between December and February, we schedule it for spring and text you a date. Nothing gets laid in the cold.

A simple plan for one area, front or back, up to 2,000 sq ft. We plant up to 15 shrubs (1 to 3 gallon) and spread 2 cubic yards of mulch.
Not sold alone: the plan comes with the install, not as a separate design fee.
