Not included on any plan: chemicals of any kind, irrigation, tree work above 12 ft, storm debris beyond a normal cleanup, and access we can't safely use (loose dogs, locked gates, standing water). Rain rules are on the refunds page.

Why you pay the same in January

Mowing happens nine months of the year. Leaves happen in the other three. Instead of different bills each month, we spread the cost across 12 equal payments. $199 × 12 = $2,388, which comes to about $126 across the 19 visits on Every-other-week mow.

Winter is the quiet part. A plan month in January might have no visit at all. We say so up front. If that isn't how you want to pay, buy a cleanup or two now and decide in March.

One-time cleanups

What happens next

  1. Stripe. You pay on Stripe's page. We never see your card.
  2. An email from us. It has your plan, the terms and the cancellation link.
  3. A short brief. Address, pets, gate and the days that work. We ask for gate codes when we schedule, never by email.
  4. A text with your first visit. In winter, that's a cleanup.
  5. Billing. Same date every month, until you cancel.
