What a visit is

We do four things, in this order.

  1. Mow.Down to a height that suits your grass.
  2. Edge.A clean line along the walks, driveway and beds.
  3. String-trim.Along fences, trees, mailboxes and anything the mower can't reach.
  4. Blow.Clippings off the driveway, walks and porch.

That's one visit, and it's the same on every plan.

When we mow

Every-other-week mow

$199/mo

Weekly mow (and big lot)

$299/mo

Full yard care

$599/mo

  • Weekly
  • Every other week
  • Leaf cleanup
  • No visit

Weekly mow drops to every other week in March and November, when growth is slow.

Weekly or every other week?

Weekly keeps up with the grass in summer. Typically in June, St. Augustine grows faster than a two-week gap allows, and a two-week-old yard is a long yard. If that sounds like yours, take the weekly plan.

Every other week works if you don't mind a shaggier lawn between visits, or if your lawn is on the small side and grows slowly in shade. In March, it's plenty. In June, it's a trade-off.

Why you pay in December

The lawn sleeps in winter, so there's nothing to mow.

Mowing visits run March through November. December through February is leaf-cleanup visits only. You pay the same each month.

Every-other-week mow gets one leaf cleanup in winter. Weekly mow gets two, one in December and one in February. Full yard care adds more.

How big a yard we cover

  • Every-other-week mow and Weekly mow: up to 10,000 sq ft. That's about ¼ acre.
  • Weekly mow, big lot: up to 20,000 sq ft. About ½ acre.
  • Full yard care: up to 10,000 sq ft.

Bigger than that? Ask for a quote. Don’t know your square footage? Measure it.

Not included on any plan

  • No fertilizer, weed killer or any chemical.
  • No irrigation.
  • No tree work above 12 ft.
  • No storm debris beyond a normal cleanup.
  • Loose dogs, locked gates and standing water mean we skip the visit.

You tell us about the gate and the dog in the job brief, and we plan around them.

What if it rains?

Rain moves the visit to the next dry day.
