About 320 sq ft of bed at 3 inches deep.

At 3 inches deep, three cubic yards of mulch covers roughly 320 sq ft. That’s a typical front bed, plus a bit. Cubic yards equals square feet times depth in feet, divided by 27.
Up to 3 cubic yards, spread in your existing beds. We pull the weeds, cut a clean edge, and put the mulch down.

Pine straw is light and stays put on a slope. Hardwood mulch is denser and holds its look. Our package is priced by the cubic yard, so it's wood mulch. Pine straw is sold by the bale, so ask for a quote and we'll tell you how many bales your beds need.
One bed, up to 150 sq ft. We clear it, edge it, spread 1.5 cubic yards of mulch, and plant up to 12 one-gallon plants.
Pick from what does well here, like Indian hawthorn, loropetalum and azaleas. LSU AgCenter lists good options for Louisiana, and sun versus shade matters more than looks. Tell us what you like in your job brief.
We don't guarantee plant survival. Water them as we tell you; it makes the difference.

No chemicals or fertilizer, no sprinklers, no hardscape borders, no trees over 12 ft. Before we dig, we call 811. Sprinkler lines, invisible fences and lighting wires aren't marked by 811, so tell us where they are.
