1. Who we are
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Dan Landscape, operated by the person named above. “You” means the person who orders. By paying for a package or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms and to the Refunds & cancellation page.
2. What we do, and what we don’t
We do the work described on each package or plan page: the listed scope, up to the listed size cap. If your yard is bigger or the job is different, ask for a quote.
We don’t do chemical applications of any kind. We don’t work on trees above 12 feet. We don’t do irrigation, drainage or hardscape. Storm debris beyond the loads listed in your package is a quote, and we may decline it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Prices are what you pay at checkout. If any tax applies, we’ll tell you before you pay.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. A package is paid up front. A monthly plan is charged when you subscribe and then every month.
4. One property per order
Each order or plan covers one property address. The cart total can’t exceed $7,000. We won’t take a second order for the same address within 90 days if the combined total would go over $7,500. If you need more than that, ask for a quote.
5. Scheduling, rain and access
After you pay, you send the job brief. We text you a date, again the day before and the morning of. Dates are estimates until we confirm them.
Rain moves the visit to the next dry day. The price doesn’t change. If we cause a missed visit, we make it up or credit it.
You secure pets and unlock gates. If we can’t get in or it isn’t safe, we skip the visit. There’s no credit for a skipped visit, unless the problem was ours. We don’t take lock or gate codes through forms or email. We’ll ask for access details when we schedule.
6. What you do
Clear toys, hoses and loose items before a visit. Tell us about anything unusual: sprinkler heads, hidden pipes, soft spots. Water new sod and plants as described in the instructions we send. After the job, upkeep of what we installed is yours; it isn’t in the price.
7. Underground utilities and 811
Before any digging, including sod removal and planting, we notify Louisiana One Call (811). That marks public utility lines. Private lines aren’t marked: irrigation, invisible fence, landscape lighting, septic and the like. You tell us where they are. We aren’t responsible for private lines you didn’t tell us about.
8. No warranty on plants or grass
We don’t warrant that any plant or grass will live or grow. Weather, water, soil and care all matter. We offer no health or “guaranteed green” promises.
9. Monthly plans
- Billed monthly until you cancel. We spread the cost of the year across 12 equal payments, the same every month.
- A plan renews automatically each month, with no minimum term and no setup fee.
- Mowing visits run March through November. December through February is leaf-cleanup visits only. You pay the same each month.
- We give at least 30 days’ written notice before any price change.
- You can cancel any time in the customer portal, by email to help@danlandscape.com, or by phone at (731) 222-9629.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Partial months aren’t refunded.
We record when you accept these terms, the plan, the price and the terms version, and keep that record for 3 years. We send you a confirmation by email with these terms and how to cancel.
Plan exclusions: chemicals, irrigation, tree work above 12 ft, storm debris beyond a normal cleanup, and unsafe access (loose dogs, locked gates, standing water).
10. Storms and events beyond our control
Named storms, hurricanes, flooding and supplier shortages can move dates. If we can’t perform within 60 days of the planned date, either of us may cancel, and we refund the part we didn’t do.
11. Limit on liability
Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or, for a plan, for the month in question. That doesn’t limit liability for intentional or gross fault, or for physical injury, which Louisiana law doesn’t allow us to limit. Haul-off covers yard waste only, up to the listed loads, with no hazardous materials.
12. Photos
We take photos of the finished work for our records. We use them in marketing only if you separately say yes to that. You can withdraw that later for future uses. Illustrative images on this site are labeled “Illustrative photo, not our job.”
13. Governing law and courts
Louisiana law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of West Baton Rouge Parish. There is no arbitration clause.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order or subscribe applies to that order or plan. For plans, we give at least 30 days’ written notice of any change that affects you.
